Platinum Homecare (South Coast) Ltd is a long established company providing adult support services to the local community.

We employ care staff locally who are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau and Prevention of Vulnerable Adults registers.

All our staff receives full induction training and our more experienced staff has or is doing their NVQ level 2 or 3 in care.

We have senior care staffon hand who are experienced in the community and may be able offer advice.

We ensure that all staff attend regular mandatory training up-dates and where possible access other training opportunities, such as: placements at St Wilfred’s Hospice, and understanding how to cope with palliative care, and any other training that they feel would support their job roles.

Both the Manager and Deputy Manager have many years experience working in the community and have achieved their Registered Managers Award.

We provide an excellent standard of care to the private sector and also through Social Services and Continuing Health Care.
